Stefanie Berry, MD
Biography:
Dr. Stefanie Jean-Baptiste Berry is a double board-certified pediatric neurologist and epileptologist offering specialized pediatric neurology and EEG services at KIDZ Medical Services. She delivers comprehensive evaluation and management for children facing a wide array of neurological and neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism, ADHD, complex epilepsy, intractable seizure disorders, headaches, and movement disorders.
Dr. Berry earned her Bachelor of Arts in neuroscience and behavior from Columbia University and her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency and pediatric neurology fellowship training at Schneider Children’s Hospital at North Shore Long Island Jewish. She further advanced her subspecialty expertise through a fellowship in pediatric epilepsy, EEG, and neurophysiology at Weill Cornell Medical Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
With broad clinical, academic, and research experience, Dr. Berry has published clinical findings on pediatric headaches and investigated neonatal seizure treatment protocols and motor recovery therapies. She previously served on the professional advisory board of the Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York and as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatric Neurology at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. Fluent in French, she maintains active professional memberships with the Pediatric Neurology Society, the American Epilepsy Society, and the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology with Special Qualification in Pediatric Neurology and Epilepsy.
