Biography:
Dr. Austin Boyd is a board-certified pediatrician at KIDZ Medical Services, dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence‑based care to children and supporting families with clarity and reassurance. He completed his pediatric residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Pensacola at Ascension Sacred Heart, where he served as resident council treasurer and presented on a range of pediatric topics, including anemia, orthopedic concerns, and newborn care. Dr. Boyd earned his Doctor of Science in Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine.
During his training, Dr. Boyd participated in several research initiatives, including a national study led by the American Academy of Pediatrics to validate the 2022 hyperbilirubinemia management guidelines. He also contributed to research focused on improving pediatric emergency care protocols, reflecting his commitment to advancing high‑quality, evidence‑based pediatric practice.
