Diego Diaz, MD
Biography:
Dr. Diego Diaz is a pediatric gastroenterologist at KIDZ Medical Services with more than 15 years of experience caring for children with digestive, liver, and nutritional disorders. He is dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence‑based care and supporting families through every stage of diagnosis and treatment.
Dr. Diaz received his medical degree in 1996 and completed his pediatric residency at Miami Children’s Hospital (now Nicklaus Children’s Hospital). He went on to complete fellowship training in pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in association with Emory University School of Medicine. During his training, he also earned a master of science in clinical research from Emory University’s School of Public Health.
Dr. Diaz is board‑certified in both pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is committed to providing compassionate, family‑centered care and helping children achieve the best possible health outcomes.
