or more than 15 years, Dr. Aymin Delgado‑Borrego has cared for children with complex gastrointestinal, liver, and nutritional disorders. A pediatric gastroenterologist and hepatologist at KIDZ Medical Services, she is known for her thoughtful, detail‑oriented approach and her ability to guide families through challenging diagnoses with clarity and reassurance.
Dr. Delgado‑Borrego currently serves as an attending physician at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida, with additional clinical appointments at Plantation General Hospital and Palmetto General Hospital. She also leads hepatology services within the KIDZ Medical division of pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition.
Her training spans several of the nation’s leading institutions. She completed undergraduate studies at Brown University and earned her medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. After beginning her internship at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, she continued her pediatric residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami.
